Regular Photoshoot Packages

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE — NO EXCEPTIONS.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure and reserve your scheduled session date and time.

The deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the total cost of your selected package. The deposit is not an additional fee.

Your appointment is not considered officially booked until the required deposit has been received.

 

TURNAROUND TIME

Please allow a minimum of 7 days after your session for your images to be carefully reviewed, professionally edited, and prepared for delivery.

Our editing process is designed to ensure that every image meets the quality and professional standards of our work.

While we strive to deliver your images as quickly as possible, turnaround times may occasionally vary depending on the volume of sessions being processed.

 

IMAGE DELIVERY

Your completed images will be delivered electronically via email or text message, depending on the method provided or selected at the time of booking.

Please make sure the contact information provided is accurate and accessible so your images can be delivered without delay.

 

CHILDREN & GUEST POLICY

For the comfort, safety, and efficiency of each session, children age 12 and under are not permitted to attend unless they are participating in the scheduled photography session.

We kindly ask that clients limit additional guests whenever possible so we can maintain a focused and professional session environment.

 

COPYRIGHT POLICY

All photographs, videos, and creative content produced by De’Vonta Production remain the exclusive copyrighted property of De’Vonta Production.

Clients receive a limited license for personal use only. Clients may post, share, and print their delivered images for personal purposes but may not sell, commercially use, alter, or redistribute them without written permission.

Copyright ownership is not transferred to the client upon payment.

De’Vonta Production reserves the right to use completed work for its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

By booking with De’Vonta Production, the client acknowledges and agrees to this copyright policy.
